Refund policy

At MIVANÉ Lifestyle Jewellery, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.

No Cash Refund Policy

We do not offer any cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued Store Credit only.

Replacement Eligible Cases

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product was damaged during delivery

Mandatory Proof

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Continuous unboxing video (no cuts)

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Original packaging visible

Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

Product Condition

To qualify for replacement, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

Products showing signs of use, perfume stains, scratches, moisture damage, or misuse will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Items

Replacement will not be applicable for:

  • Customized jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons unless defective)

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Products damaged due to improper use

Replacement Process

  1. Customer must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Request will be reviewed within 48 working hours.

  3. Reverse pickup may be arranged if serviceable.

  4. Product inspection may take 2–4 working days.

If approved:

  • Replacement product will be shipped, or

  • Store credit will be issued.

If rejected:

  • Product will be returned to the customer.
